3. Order Acceptance

Your order is considered accepted once payment is successfully processed. Orders may be canceled only if the item has not yet shipped from our distributor. Once an order ships, it must follow the return policy. We may limit or refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud or unavailable products.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is due at checkout. We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure payment options through Shopify. Prices may change at any time, but changes do not affect completed orders.

5. Shipping

All pumps ship directly from our authorized distributor. Shipping timelines are estimates provided by the carrier. Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

6. Returns & Refunds

By completing your order, you agree to the following:

  • Opened pumps cannot be returned or refunded due to safety regulations.

  • If your pump arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours so we can help arrange a replacement through the manufacturer or distributor.

  • Unopened pumps may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if approved by the distributor. Items must be sealed, unused, and in brand-new condition.

  • Lost or damaged shipments are processed according to carrier policies.

  • Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

  • In the event of a manufacturer recall, affected customers will be notified and any replacements or refunds will follow the manufacturer’s recall instructions.
    All returns require prior authorization.

7. Warranty & Defective Items

All pumps include a manufacturer warranty. If your pump appears defective, we will assist in the warranty or replacement process. Final approval is determined by the manufacturer or distributor.

12. Financial Responsibility

By completing a purchase on this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following: You are financially responsible for the full cost of your order at the time of purchase. You authorize Birmingham Breastfeeding, LLC to charge the payment method you provide for all applicable product costs, taxes, and shipping. Maintaining accurate billing and contact information is your responsibility. If a payment dispute or chargeback is submitted, Birmingham Breastfeeding may provide documentation of the order, shipment, and delivery to the payment processor for resolution. Unauthorized use of a payment method is the sole responsibility of the account holder. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.
