Refund policy

By completing your order, you agree to the following:

• All sales are final once a breast pump is opened. Opened pumps cannot be returned or refunded due to health and safety regulations.

• If your pump arrives damaged or defective, notify Birmingham Breastfeeding within 48 hours of delivery so we can help arrange a replacement through the manufacturer or distributor.

• Unopened pumps may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery if approved by the distributor. Items must be in completely sealed, unused condition.

• Lost or damaged shipments will be reviewed and processed according to the shipping carrier’s policies.

• Delivery is considered complete once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

• In the event of a manufacturer recall, affected customers will be notified and all replacements or refunds will follow the manufacturer’s recall instructions.
